We are seeking an experienced and driven Java Full Stack Lead to join our engineering team. This role involves leading a team of developers across the full software development lifecycle-design, architecture, implementation, deployment, and support-delivering enterprise-grade web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure quality delivery.

Responsibilities

- Lead technical design, architecture, and development of full-stack solutions using Java and modern UI frameworks.

Core Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Core, RESTful services.

- Strong knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL), PL/SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiar with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD).
- Test-driven development (TDD), unit testing, and automation best practices.
- Familiarity with system observability, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Experience working on financial domain or data-heavy applications.
- Exposure to message queues like RabbitMQ, IBM MQ.
