Responsibilities

1 Lead and drive development of scalable backend components

2 Design and implement microservices using #SpringBoot





3 Collaborate with internal teams and external clients for smooth delivery

4 Handle database migration and REST API development

5 Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of 810 developers

6 Ensure cloud compatibility and CI/CD integration

Role Details

Reporting To: Delivery Manager

Team Size Reporting: 8 to 10 developers

On-site Opportunity: Yes (Post initial period)

USP: Direct client interaction, visibility, and new team setup

Project: PBM Eligibility System Migration (AS400/RxClaim to GCP)

Expected Team Size: 10 to 15 developers
