Key Responsibilities:

- Plan the execution of Structural Analysis by understanding the requirements from Design Team.

- Perform Structural Analysis on the identified component and Prepare a Report.

- Validate Simulation with Test Results and refine Simulation methods.

- Present to Internal and External Customers on the results interpretation.

- Suggest design recommendations based on Simulation results.

Skills &

Experience Required:

- Experience Range: 2 to 3 Years in structural FEA

- Educational Qualification: BE/BTech and ME/MTech in Mechanical engineering (Design, Applied Mechanics, CAD/CAM, etc)

- In-depth knowledge on Finite Element Methods, in particular Structural Formulation.

- Experienced on Static, Vibration, Nonlinear (Contact, Material)



using Ansys Workbench.

- Capability to develop appropriate Models using DM, Space Claim for Preprocessing.

- In-depth Knowledge in sheet metal parts modelling in Ansys is Mandatory.

- Hands on experience in Ansys WB (Pre and post processing).

- Familiar with CAD tools CREO.

- Valuable Communication, Excellent Team Player, and in-depth technical knowledge.

- Knowledge in Automobile products development / validation.

- Knowledge in Vibrations, thermal and Automation (Python scripting) will be added advantage.
