We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Trainee / Junior IT Support Staff member to join our team. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant IT experience and a strong interest in developing their technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computer systems and IT equipment.
- Install, configure and maintain hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot computer, printer and network-related issues.
- Handle basic networking and system maintenance.
- Support employees with day-to-day IT-related problems.
- Maintain IT assets and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with senior IT staff to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related qualification.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
