We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled IT Technical Support Engineer to join our India office in Thrissur.

The selected candidate will be responsible for technical support, product installation, troubleshooting, customer assistance and coordination with suppliers and service partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Computer Hardware & IT Support

- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops and peripherals.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers and applications.
- Support printers, scanners, storage devices and other IT equipment.
- Perform system upgrades, maintenance and basic repairs.

2. Networking & Infrastructure

- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks.
- Install and configure routers, switches and wireless access points.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
- Perform IP addressing, basic TCP/IP configuration and network testing.
- Assist with structured cabling and network installations.

3. CCTV & Security Systems

- Install, configure and troubleshoot IP and analogue CCTV cameras.




- Configure DVR, NVR and video surveillance systems.
- Set up remote viewing and mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot camera connectivity, recording and storage issues.
- Support CCTV maintenance and customer service requests.

4. Technical Sales & Customer Support

- Provide technical assistance to customers before and after sales.
- Help customers select suitable hardware and networking products.
- Assist the sales team with technical specifications and product compatibility.
- Prepare basic technical quotations and product documentation.
- Coordinate warranty claims, repairs and replacements with suppliers.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support when required.

5. Audio-Visual & Solar Products

- Assist with installation and configuration of displays, projectors and video conferencing equipment.
- Provide basic product-level support for solar inverters, batteries and related accessories.
- Coordinate specialised solar installation and service requests with qualified technicians.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, routers and switches.
- Familiarity with CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and IP surveillance systems.
- Knowledge of Windows installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.




- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and products.
- Ability to work independently and provide customer support.

Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / BCA / BSc Computer Science / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or a related discipline.
- Candidates with relevant practical technical experience may also apply.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and hands-on skills are welcome.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Hikvision, Dahua or similar CCTV systems.
- Knowledge of Cisco, TP-Link, D-Link, MikroTik or similar networking products.
- Experience in computer assembly and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with network cabling and installation.
- Basic knowledge of Linux.
- Knowledge of UPS, inverters and solar products.
- Previous experience in IT hardware distribution or technical support.
