Job Title: IT Executive

Job Summary

An IT Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, computer systems, networks, software, and technical support services to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, LAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and software licenses.
- Perform regular data backups and support data recovery.
- Ensure system security, antivirus updates, and data protection.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and IT vendors.
- Maintain IT documentation and prepare technical reports.
- Monitor network performance and ensure uninterrupted IT services.

Required Skills




- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and networking.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of servers and Active Directory.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple technical issues.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Relevant IT certifications are an added advantage.

Experience
- Freshers or 1–3 years of experience, depending on company requirements.

- Timely resolution of IT issues.
- System and network uptime.
- Employee IT support satisfaction.
- Proper IT asset management.
- Data security and backup compliance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
