- Provide onsite and remote support for IT infrastructure, networks, and ELV systems.

- Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls), servers, PCs, and peripherals.

- Perform structured cabling tasks, including UTP and fiber installations, patch panel termination, and rack dressing.

- Install CCTV, access control, Wi-Fi, IP phones, and related ELV systems.

- Assist with new site implementation, system upgrades, and equipment deployment.

- Conduct periodic preventive maintenance for IT and ELV systems.

- Maintain accurate documentation for service calls, site visits, and project updates.

- Ensure timely reporting of job status through the CRM to the technical coordinator and team leader.





- Interact professionally with clients to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
