We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Recruiters with experience in sourcing and hiring candidates across technologies such as ETL, Java and Selenium.

Job Title: IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure.
- Source qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals and other channels.
- Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for client requirements.
- Experience in hiring for technologies such as ETL, Java, Selenium and other IT skill sets.
- Conduct initial candidate screening to evaluate technical experience, communication skills and job suitability.
- Coordinate with candidates, technical panels and account managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Negotiate salary expectations,



manage offer discussions and follow up until onboarding.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in IT / Technical Recruitment.
- Good understanding of technical skills, particularly ETL, Java and Selenium.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
- Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
