Role & responsibilities
Experience: 0 -3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates for mid-level and senior leadership positions.
- Communicate confidently with senior-level professionals and leadership candidates.
- Conduct detailed candidate discussions to assess experience, skills, expectations and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and candidate communication.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases using Excel.
Key Requirements
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly for leadership roles.
- Ability to hold meaningful, detailed conversations with senior-level candidates.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and organisational skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
