Exp 8 - 12 years

- Experienced in developing and executing IT strategies, infrastructure roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives aligned with business requirements.
- Skilled in managing Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Outlook, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, email migration, archiving, and cloud storage solutions.
- Experienced in handling email indexing, search, synchronisation, PST management, and historical email data migration.
- Proficient in managing IT infrastructure, networking, servers, firewalls, endpoint security, access controls, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure integration, standardisation, automation, and technology implementation across multiple branches and business entities.
- Experienced in IT asset and licence management, technology procurement, CAPEX planning, vendor negotiations, and cost optimisation.
- Skilled in establishing IT policies, access governance, data retention, information security, and Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes.
- Experienced in implementing IT helpdesk operations, ticketing systems, SLAs, escalation mechanisms, and employee onboarding and exit processes.




- Proficient in managing outsourced IT vendors, evaluating service quality, monitoring SLAs, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Capable of leading IT teams, coordinating with HR, Finance, Administration, and business stakeholders, and improving employee technology adoption.
- Experienced in developing IT improvement roadmaps, migration plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Focused on reducing recurring IT costs, improving system performance, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining IT governance and compliance.
