Roles &

- Responsibilities

- Possess strong understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and system functionalities.

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, support teams, and technical teams to ensure effective communication and solution delivery.

- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for current initiatives, enhancements, and process improvements.

- Conduct impact analysis and provide recommendations for process optimization and system enhancements.

- Perform root cause analysis for reported issues and coordinate with relevant teams to drive timely resolution.

- Monitor incidents and service requests to ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, user guides, and knowledge repositories.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance frameworks, audit requirements, and internal controls.

- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation, evidence, and process records.





- Conduct periodic user access reviews and ensure adherence to access management and segregation of duties controls.

- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, testing sign-offs, and project reviews.

- Identify risks, track action items, and ensure timely closure of deliverables.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, process effectiveness, and user experience.

- Provide training, knowledge transfer, and guidance to business users and support teams as required.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
