Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers for the position of Call Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining call records, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for updates and follow-ups.
- Maintain daily call records and update information in Excel or other systems.




- Respond to basic customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper communication and coordination with the concerned departments.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills
- Valuable verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
