We are seeking an experienced IT & ERP Manager to lead the IT team, drive digital transformation, and optimize end-to-end ERP workflows across Projects, Sales, CRM, Finance, and Operations.

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V

Key Responsibilities

- ​ERP Leadership: Manage and optimize Highrise ERP across all business modules, workflows, data security, and vendor integrations.

- ​IT Infrastructure & Security: Oversee networking, cloud apps, Google Workspace, CCTV, biometric systems, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.

- ​Analytics & MIS: Build automated dashboards, MIS reports, and business intelligence for senior management.

- ​Digital Transformation: Drive automation, AI adoption, RPA, IoT,



and emerging technology solutions to boost productivity.

- ​Governance & SOPs: Develop IT policies, security controls, standards, and conduct regular user training

What we are looking for:
- Proven track record in managing Highrise ERP or major enterprise ERP systems.
- Hands-on leadership in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud environments.
- Passion for AI adoption, process automation, and technology integration.
- Experience in Real Estate operations would be an added benefit.
