We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT Executive who can independently manage and maintain all IT-related operations, including computer hardware, software, networking, CCTV systems, and other technical equipment.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage, monitor, and maintain all computer hardware, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot software and operating systems.
- Handle CCTV camera installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Have strong knowledge of DVR, NVR, IP cameras, and CCTV monitoring systems.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi routers, switches, and network connectivity.
- Handle networking, cabling, and internet connectivity issues.
- Maintain biometric attendance systems and access control devices.
- Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and data backups.
- Ensure proper functioning of all hardware and software across the organization.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely IT support to employees.
- Manage antivirus, system security, and basic data protection.
- Maintain IT inventory, software licenses, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements.
- Identify technical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure and security systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Hands-on experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of DVR, NVR, IP cameras, and surveillance systems.
- Positive understanding of networking, routers, switches, LAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Knowledge of Windows installation, formatting, and configuration.
- Experience with printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of server management, data backup, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to independently handle IT operations and technical issues.

Candidate Requirements
- IT / Computer Science / Hardware & Networking qualification preferred.
- Relevant practical experience in IT support and CCTV installation.
- Must be technically strong, proactive, and problem-solving oriented.
- Ability to manage all IT-related responsibilities independently.
