Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field IT Engineer to provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer and networking issues, and maintain IT infrastructure at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and Windows OS issues.
- Provide on-site technical support to clients and end users.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, IP addressing, Wi-Fi, routers and switches.
- Configure Outlook, email accounts and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Handle basic IT security, antivirus, firewall and VPN-related issues.
- Perform Windows installation, software updates,



driver installation and system upgrades.
- Maintain IT equipment, service reports and troubleshooting records.
- Ensure timely resolution of client complaints and technical issues.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of IP Networking, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Hands-on experience with desktop, laptop and printer troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Outlook, email configuration and Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of Cloud, Firewall, VPN and IT Security.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Must have own two-wheeler for field visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
