Roles & Responsibilities

- Source and identify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Understand client hiring requirements and match suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and update ATS records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Negotiate salary packages and assist in offer rollout.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
