We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations in a BPO environment.
Candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with international clients over calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, servers, networks, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Handle IT support requests and resolve technical issues within the defined timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate with international clients over calls and emails to understand, investigate, and resolve technical issues.
- Provide clear and professional technical updates, troubleshooting guidance, and resolutions to clients.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, system configurations, and IT security requirements.
- Monitor network connectivity, system performance, and infrastructure availability.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain IT documentation, incident reports, and technical support records.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, data security standards, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science,
or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in IT support, IT infrastructure, or technical operations, preferably in a BPO or IT-enabled services setting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and IT infrastructure management.
- Experience in handling IT incidents, service requests, and technical escalations.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with international clients over calls and emails.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and six days a week.
Compensation & Joining
- CTC: 6-7 LPA OR depending on experience and technical expertise.
- Work Location: Noida, Sector 59 & Sector 2.
- Working Schedule: 6 days a week with rotational shifts.
- Joining Requirement: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join as soon as possible.
