Role Overview The IT Business Partner India acts as the primary contact for all IT-related matters, ensuring delivery and support of all IT solutions used in the country. Assure appropriate alignment of all IT organizations and business contacts in country. Represent the country for all operational discussions about the performance of IT services and projects.

This role Provide leadership, coordination, and governance for all IT activities impacting India. Govern and oversee the India IT demand and project portfolio.

The role is responsible for aligning local business strategy and operational needs with regional and global IT capabilities, ensuring that IT initiatives deliver measurable business value while complying with corporate governance, security, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the single point of accountability for IT topics at country level. Act as the trusted IT advisor for India business leadership and key functional stakeholders.
- Understand strategic priorities and translate business needs into structured IT demand and initiatives. Facilitate regular stakeholder touchpoints to ensure alignment, transparency, and feedback loops.
- Being the ambassador of regional and global initiatives to ensure adequate stockholder engagement and provide last-mile support for successful rollout and adoption.

- IT Demand, Portfolio & Project Governance

- Own and manage the India IT demand and project portfolio. Ensure all IT demands and initiatives are captured, governed, and prioritized in line with global processes.
- Ensure projects are monitored and delivered successfully within aligned timeframes
- Coordinate local activities for regional or global IT programs impacting India

- IT Financial Management

- Own the consolidated India IT financial view (budget, forecast, actuals). Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.




- Act as the India IT finance counterpart to regional/global IT finance and governance teams
- Support business case development for IT investments

- Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure India IT activities comply with IT policies, SOPs, cybersecurity, data protection, and quality requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation, controls, and remediation actions are in place. Coordinate with global IT and local stakeholders to implement mitigation actions.
- Identify and escalate IT-related risks impacting business continuity, regulatory compliance, or data security

- Operational Coordination & Escalation

- Monitor overall IT service performance at country level and ensure the availability and stability of critical business applications, coordinating with support teams to quickly address issues and minimize disruption to operations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Fresenius Kabi business processes to ensure systems are used effectively, while continuously identifying and driving improvements in alignment with standards and procedures.
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of applications used in India, by coordinating with business users and IT teams, ensuring solutions meet local requirements and are effectively adopted.
- Supports all internal customers and establish strong cooperation with other IT teams
- Supports business projects with IT involvement
- Act as the country interface to Global IT Operations, ensuring alignment with global service models, operational standards, and toolsets.



Ensure that local operational requirements are represented in global forums and that global operating procedures are consistently adopted within India.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Experience:

- 15 years of progressive IT experience, in business engagement, applications, governance, or service management roles, including at least 5 years partnering with business stakeholders.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and partnering with senior business stakeholders is essential. Demonstrated experience working closely with business stakeholders and translating business needs into technology solutions
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma, medical devices) is a strong plus
