We are looking for a driven and analytical Investment Analyst to join our AIF Investment Team. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential investment opportunities, analysing companies, evaluating financial performance, conducting due diligence and supporting investment decisions for funds raised under our Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).

The role requires a strong understanding of financial statements, business models, company valuations, industry research and investment analysis.

The candidate will work closely with the fund management team to assess investment opportunities, prepare investment recommendations and monitor portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Investment Research &
- Prospect Identification
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities across relevant sectors and industries.
- Conduct detailed research on companies, their business models, market positioning and growth potential.
- Analyse industry trends, competitive landscapes and emerging business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential investment opportunities.
- Financial Analysis &
- Valuation
- Analyse company financial statements, including Profit &
- Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.
- Evaluate revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA, margins, debt levels and cash flows.
- Prepare financial models, projections and valuation analyses.
- Conduct company valuations using appropriate methodologies such as DCF, comparable company analysis and precedent transactions.
- Assess investment potential, expected returns and downside risks.
- Investment Evaluation &
- Recommendations
- Prepare detailed investment notes and presentations for the Investment Committee.
- Present the investment thesis,



valuation, expected returns, key risks and exit opportunities.
- Support the fund management team in evaluating investment proposals.
- Assist in investment structuring and transaction execution.
- Track investment opportunities from initial evaluation through investment closure.
- Portfolio Monitoring &
- Management
- Monitor the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies.
- Track actual performance against projected financials and investment assumptions.
- Prepare periodic portfolio performance reports.
- Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluate potential exit opportunities and investment realisation strategies.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, equity research, AIF or transaction advisory.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements and company analysis.
- Knowledge of investment evaluation, due diligence and risk assessment.
- Strong analytical, research and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret complex financial information and convert it into actionable investment insights.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
