- Process Trainee – Freshers

- Process Executive – Experienced candidates

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Industry: Import & Export

Eligibility – Freshers

- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Age: 25–26 years
- Good written English and communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

- Immediate joiners preferred

Selection Process

1. Assessment – Logical reasoning, email writing, or essay writing

2. Operations Round

3. HR Round

Training & Work Model

- First 4 months: Training period
- Hybrid work model after 3 months (as per company policy)
- 5 days working per week




- 2 rotational weekly offs

- Rotational shifts
- Cab facility up to 20 km (for night shifts only)

Experienced Candidates:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Chat or Non-Voice Process
- Salary based on previous CTC and experience
- Age limit: Up to 30 years
- 5 days working with 2 rotational offs
