Role & responsibilities

- Define and document customer business functions and processes.
- Build and present trend data of multichannel monitoring formats and quality standards to compile and track performance at team level.
- Prepares and analyzes weekly and monthly internal and external quality reports to identify custo mer needs and expectations.
- Perform ongoing evaluation of reporting effectiveness and develop new reports anticipating the cli ent and internal stakeholder needs and driving to self-service capabilities.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and team members through effective commu nication throughout client life-cycle.
- Maintain departmental standards through exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Consult with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and ob jectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of s ystem access.
- Develop tools, techniques, and standardization to ensure repeatable results, enhance company e ffectiveness, client satisfaction, and overall cost efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors in business management, Finance, Computer Science, or related field,



with 2-5 years of experience in finance or related field, or combination of relevant experience and education.

- Strong experience in U.S. credit card regulations (e.g., Truth in Lending Act/Regulation Z, Fair

Credit Billing Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act), with the ability to apply them when evaluating customer applications, reports, and automated processes.

- Strong knowledge of the credit card process from origination to charge-off.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with

U.S. stakeholders as well as team members and other audiences.

- Must demonstrate strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.
- Strong working knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office.
