Role & responsibilities The Internal Auditor will independently review and strengthen SOPs, business processes, system controls, compliance practices and governance across real estate project operations. The role will identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, compliance risks, revenue leakages, cost overruns and opportunities for automation. The role requires practical knowledge of the real estate lifecycle, including land, approvals, budgeting, procurement, contracts, construction, inventory, sales, collections, handover and post-sales documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualified CA or Certified CIA
