Role Description The Intern role is an on-site internship position based in Nagpur. Interns will assist with chapter activities such as organizing events, workshops, and technical sessions, and supporting communication with student members and industry partners. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating logistics, preparing presentations or materials, documenting chapter activities, and maintaining records or basic reports.

Interns may also support social media updates, outreach efforts, and collaboration with faculty advisors and ASHRAE professionals. This role is designed to provide exposure to professional practices, teamwork, and project coordination within an engineering-focused student chapter.

Qualifications

- Interest in HVAC&R;, building systems, energy efficiency,



or related engineering fields.
- Strong organization and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and events.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Ability to work collaboratively in office in Nagpur and take initiative in a student-led environment.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program (such as engineering, architecture, or science) is preferred.
