Interior Site Supervisor

We’re hiring an Interior Site Supervisor to coordinate daily work on residential interior projects in the Pune area. You’ll assign work to trade teams, check dimensions and finishes against approved drawings, and follow up on pending work through handover.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, false ceiling teams, painters, and other interior contractors.
- Check site measurements and layouts against approved drawings before fabrication or installation. Flag any discrepancies to the design or project team.
- Check workmanship on modular furniture, wardrobes, false ceilings, flooring, painting, and fixtures.
- Track daily progress, labour, material deliveries, and shortages. Share site photos and updates with the project team.




- Coordinate the order of work between trades, monitor site safety and housekeeping, and follow up on snag rectification before handover.

What we’re looking for

- Hands-on experience supervising interior fit-out or finishing work.
- Ability to read interior layouts and working drawings, verify site measurements, and spot workmanship defects.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trade teams and report progress clearly.
- Residential interiors experience and a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field are preferred.
