Designation : Interior Partnerships Manager

What you will do

- Find, evaluate and sign interior design firms as partners, judging them on design quality, pricing, delivery record and capacity.
- Negotiate and document partner agreements, so the terms are transparent before the first job starts.
- Match each buyer with the right designer for their style, budget and timeline, and make the introduction at the right moment.
- Follow every job through the whole cycle: brief, design, quotation, booking, execution and handover.
- Keep an accurate record of each job’s quotation, milestones and billed value.
- Step in when things go wrong, whether delays, quality problems or scope disputes, and protect the buyer’s interests.
- Review partner performance regularly, and remove partners who do not meet our standards.
- Build relationships with modular,



material and contractor vendors where they strengthen what our partners can deliver.
- Work closely with the sales team so interiors are part of the buyer’s plan from the start, not an afterthought.

What we are looking for

- 4+ years at interior design firms, or at turnkey or modular interior companies, in Bangalore.
- Hands-on experience procuring and managing vendors across the full project cycle, from sourcing and quotation to execution and handover.
- A working understanding of BOQs, materials, pricing and timelines, and of where interior projects usually go wrong.
- An existing network among Bangalore interior designers and vendors.
- Comfort with numbers: quotations, billing and milestones.
- Fluent English, plus Kannada or Hindi for working with vendors and site teams.
- Willingness to travel to sites across Bangalore.
