Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing interior fit-out and finishing work at project sites in Gurugram, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams, monitoring daily work progress, and resolving on-ground issues. The supervisor reviews drawings and specifications, checks materials and workmanship against standards, and ensures compliance with company guidelines and local regulations.

The role also involves maintaining site documentation, reporting project status, and supporting snagging, inspections, and handover processes.



This position requires hands-on leadership at the site, proactive communication, and a focus on client satisfaction and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of interior execution, including finishes, fixtures, and materials relevant to commercial office spaces.
- Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, and daily activity monitoring for interior projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site.
- Understanding of construction quality standards, safety practices, and basic regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using basic project documentation tools (site reports, checklists, progress trackers); familiarity with MS Office or similar software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, project managers, vendors, and site teams.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail and accountability.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field; relevant site experience in commercial interiors is preferred.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Gurugram and adapt to dynamic project schedules.
