Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept development through execution. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring that projects are executed according to approved designs, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements, project scope, and design brief.
- Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, material selections, layouts, furniture plans, and detailed design proposals.
- Prepare and review detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, elevations, sections, and furniture layouts.
- Develop and review 3D models, renders, and presentations for client approval.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, obtain approvals, and incorporate feedback.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure that site execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and design standards.
- Select and finalize materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, colors,



and other interior elements.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design-related documentation when required.
- Review shop drawings and technical details submitted by contractors and vendors.
- Identify design or execution issues and provide practical solutions within project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Guide and review the work of Junior Interior Designers and other design team members.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, revisions, approvals, and material records.
- Coordinate with procurement and execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in interior design.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, materials, finishes, and furniture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant 3D visualization/design software.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of working drawings and technical detailing.
- Good understanding of site execution and construction processes.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and design quality.
