Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer / Architect role based in Indore. The role involves developing interior design concepts and architectural layouts for residential and commercial projects, focusing on functional space planning and aesthetic coherence. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design presentations, creating detailed drawings, coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure designs align with client requirements and budgets.

The Interior





Designer / Architect will work closely with contractors and vendors to support execution on-site, review construction drawings for accuracy, and ensure that design standards, quality, and timelines are maintained.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, visually appealing layouts.

- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings expertise to develop accurate plans and support project execution.

- Candidates should possess FF&E; knowledge to select and coordinate appropriate furniture, fixtures, and equipment for various project types.

- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with industry standards.

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with relevant project experience.

- Strong visualization, detailing, and documentation skills, along with effective communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work on-site in Indore as part of a multidisciplinary team.
