Role Description The Interior Architect at HAIR RAP BY YOYO is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for designing and planning salon interiors that reflect the brand’s creative identity, ensuring functional, aesthetically pleasing, and guest-centric spaces. Day-to-day tasks include developing spatial layouts, preparing design concepts and mood boards, coordinating interior fit-out details, and collaborating with the salon leadership to align the setting with the client experience.

The Interior

Architect will work with contractors and vendors to oversee finishes, furniture, lighting, and materials, ensuring quality execution within budget and timelines.



The role also involves conducting site inspections, updating drawings and documentation, and continuously refining the salon’s design to support comfort, efficiency, and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Interior Architecture, with the ability to integrate structural considerations into interior concepts.
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Interior Fit-out, including materials selection, detailing, and coordination with contractors.
- Demonstrated skills in Space Planning to optimize customer flow, staff work areas, and overall functionality of salon environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience designing commercial or hospitality spaces; salon, spa, or retail experience is an advantage.
- Ability to use design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and produce clear drawings and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sensitivity, and understanding of lighting, color, and materials in branded environments.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative leaders, vendors, and site teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt designs based on feedback and evolving brand needs.
