Position Summary

NetWeb Software is seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in integration testing, API validation, database testing, and automation testing. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of end-to-end integrations across enterprise applications, including Workato-based workflows and ChurnZero (CZ) integrations. The successful candidate will validate data flows, business rules, API interactions, and system behavior, working closely with development, product, and integration teams to identify issues and deliver reliable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Testing

· Design, prepare, execute, and maintain integration test plans, scenarios, and test cases. · Validate end-to-end business workflows and data exchanges across multiple systems and applications.

· Verify data synchronization, completeness, accuracy, and consistency across integrated platforms.

· Identify, investigate, document, and track integration defects and data discrepancies through resolution.

· Collaborate with developers, product owners, and integration engineers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.

Workato Platform Testing

· Test and validate Workato recipes, triggers, actions, mappings, connections, and workflow orchestration. · Verify API requests and responses, payload transformations, business rules, and data handling within recipes.

· Validate error handling, retry mechanisms, exception paths, and recovery scenarios.

· Perform regression testing for recipe changes, enhancements, and newly implemented integrations.

ChurnZero (CZ) Integration Testing

· Perform functional and integration testing of ChurnZero and connected enterprise applications. · Validate customer data synchronization and the accuracy of customer-related records across systems.

· Verify health scores, customer journey events, usage data, and engagement workflows against defined requirements.

· Ensure business rules are correctly applied and data integrity is maintained across integration points.

Data Flow & Database Validation

· Validate end-to-end data movement from source systems to target applications and databases. · Write and execute SQL queries to verify data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and transformation results.

· Perform data reconciliation and investigate missing, duplicate, or inconsistent records.

· Analyze database records and integration logs to identify data quality issues and integration failures.

API Testing & Performance Validation

· Design and execute functional, integration,



and regression tests for REST APIs. · Validate JSON payloads, request/response structures, authentication, authorization, status codes, and error handling.

· Use Postman and Swagger for API validation and documentation review.

· Execute API performance, load, and stress tests using JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, or similar tools.

· Analyze performance results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to verify improvements.

Automation & Quality Assurance

· Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts or integration test suites where appropriate. · Identify opportunities to automate repeatable integration and regression scenarios.

· Participate in CI/CD quality gates and support test execution as part of build and deployment processes.

· Prepare test execution reports, defect records, test evidence, and root-cause analysis findings.

· Support UAT, production validation, and post-deployment testing activities.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

· Work with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements, acceptance criteria, and business outcomes. · Participate in Agile ceremonies, test planning, reviews, and defect triage.

· Contribute to improving test coverage, test data practices, QA processes, and integration testing standards.

· Maintain clear documentation of test scenarios, results, dependencies, and known issues.​

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

· 5+ years of QA experience, with a solid focus on integration testing and enterprise application testing. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

· Hands-on experience testing Workato recipes and integrations is required.

· Experience testing ChurnZero (CZ) integrations and customer success workflows is required.

Technical Skills

· Robust understanding of integration testing, end-to-end workflow validation, and data flow testing across enterprise applications. · Hands-on API testing using Postman, Swagger, REST APIs, JSON, and related tools.





· Knowledge of API authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth, request/response validation, and error handling.

· Strong SQL skills and experience with database testing, data validation, and reconciliation.

· Experience with API performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6.

· Understanding of regression testing, test design techniques, defect lifecycle management, and QA practices.

· Familiarity with test automation concepts, scripting, and CI/CD-based quality validation.

· Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience testing integrations involving Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other CRM and enterprise applications. · Knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting languages used for test automation.

· Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

· Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and enterprise data integration processes.

· Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.

· Experience with production validation, integration monitoring, or support of business-critical interfaces.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy. · Able to independently plan and execute testing while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues and test findings.

· Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.
