Job Purpose The Integration Manager oversees ship design related engineering activities and projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. This role drives operational efficiency, fosters innovation, and champions sustainability within engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a detailed ship design scope and technical specification package for procurement and tendering purposes.




- Set objectives and plan activities for external engineering teams to align with business goals
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
- Generating ship feasibility studies independently
- Develop and implement engineering practices, policies, and processes for continuous improvement
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations
- Analyze technology, resources, and market demand to assess feasibility and manage workflow
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, promoting professional growth
- Encourage adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance development Must-Have Skills Qualifications
