What you’ll do every day

- Call new enquiries and leads within minutes, and take inbound calls
- Ask what the pet needs, then suggest the right service or package
- Answer questions on price, doctors, timings, and “why Vetic?” clearly and honestly
- Book appointments and follow up so the customer actually shows up
- Update every call in the CRM on the same day
- Work towards a daily and monthly target of bookings / conversions / revenue
- Pass customer feedback and common objections to your team lead

You’ll do well if you
- Have at least 3–12 months of tele-sales or inbound/outbound calling experience (any industry) of 100-500 calls in a day
- Speak clearly, listen first, and don’t read from a script
- Have good Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada fluency; English fluency is mandatory




- Stay calm when a customer says no, and try again with a better answer
- Are comfortable with targets and with being measured on your numbers every day

Location: Gurugram, Sector-66 Working Days: 6 days in a week with rotational week off of 1 day

Timings: 9-10 hrs a day

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
