Role Description The Inside Sales Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will support the sales team by identifying prospective learners, qualifying leads, and conducting outreach via calls, emails, and messages. Daily responsibilities include explaining Weskill’s training programs, addressing inquiries, guiding prospects through the enrollment process, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or tracking tools.





The role also involves collaborating with the customer service team to ensure a smooth experience for enrolled learners and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and communication scripts.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and follow up with prospective learners.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, including the ability to address concerns and support a positive learner experience.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear, skilled interaction with prospective and existing learners.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking leads and activities; basic computer literacy is essential.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting individual and team targets.
- Interest in education, training, or EdTech; prior internship or project experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
