Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales techniques.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and interactions using CRM tools.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and strong problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and account management teams.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools and dialers.
