Inside Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer focused Inside Sales Executive to manage customer interactions and support business growth. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, identifying sales opportunities, and driving upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and preferably some experience in B2B customer handling, sales, or relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.

Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and day-to-day communication.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs.

Support B2B customers and maintain regular communication with business clients.

Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

Maintain customer records and track enquiries, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.





Address customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Contribute to achieving sales and customer-retention targets.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience in customer relationship management, sales, business development, or a similar role.

Experience in B2B customer handling is preferred.

Experience in upselling and cross-selling will be an advantage.

Robust verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Smart, confident, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.

Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.

Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Basic computer skills; familiarity with customer records or CRM systems is an advantage.

Willingness to work in-person in Vyttila, Kochi.
