Designation: - Assistant Manager (Inside Sales - Domestic)

Job Location: - Mumbai

Job Profile

The Position will be responsible for:

- Handle all inquiries related to Non-Woven (Dry & Liquid), Woven, and Airside filtration products.
- Prepare and submit quotations/offers, including costing, consumption calculations, and other required technical/commercial details, under the guidance of the Reporting Manager.
- Prepare and share weekly MIS covering inquiries received, quotations submitted, and conversion status.
- Maintain complete and updated records of all inquiries, quotations, orders, and related activities.
- Forecast and maintain a track of required inventory/stock based on pending and expected customer requirements.
- Review and monitor stock against pending orders for both Woven and Non-Woven products.
- Complete vendor registration and related formalities for customers and distributors as required for Pre-Sales and Sales activities.
- Participate in online tenders, e-tenders,



subscription-based online inquiries, auctions, and other digital business opportunities.
- Process customer orders, made-ups, and roll goods as and when required.
- Provide the required data to the CAD team for preparation and order punching.
- Follow up with customers and the Marketing Team for fitment samples and approvals.
- Follow up with Production and Dispatch Teams regarding pending order status.
- Provide complete back-end support to customers, Marketing Teams, and dealers within the minimum possible response time.

Desired Candidate: -

- Diploma/B. Tech in Textile Engineering with 4–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / Sales Support.
- Experience in Technical Textiles, Non-Woven or Woven Filtration will be preferred.
- Valuable coordination, communication and MIS skills.
