ROYAL WOOD INDUSTRY is looking for an experienced Inside Sales & Business Development Executive to handle online dealer searching, new customer acquisition, lead generation, customer calling and sales development.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new sewing machine dealers, contacting potential customers and generating new business orders through telephone and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Search and identify new sewing machine dealers across Karnataka through Google, Google Maps, IndiaMART and other online platforms.
2. Collect dealer names, contact numbers, business details and addresses.
3. Make daily outbound calls to new dealers and potential customers.
4. Introduce company products and explain product details, prices and business opportunities.
5. Generate new business enquiries and convert potential customers into regular buyers.
6. Contact inactive existing dealers and generate repeat orders.
7. Share product photos, catalogues and price lists through WhatsApp.
8. Follow up regularly with interested customers.
9. Maintain dealer databases, customer details and follow-up records in MS Excel.
10. Coordinate with the factory and accounts team regarding customer enquiries and orders.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation or business development.
- Good Kannada and Hindi communication skills.




- Basic English communication.
- Confident telephone communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Experience in Google searching and online research.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and email handling.
- Good follow-up and organisational skills.

Eligibility

- Freshers are not eligible.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience required.
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Candidates from Hubli and Dharwad preferred.

Important Information

- Full time, permanent position.
- Work from office only.
- No field visits or outdoor sales work.
- Daily customer calling and online dealer searching are essential.
- The position mainly focuses on new customer development and sales growth.
- Salary: ₹10,000–₹14,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- One-hour lunch break.
- Sunday weekly off.
