- Create and manage user profiles, sessions, and database accounts.
- Assign role-based security, access permissions, and authorization templates.
- Integrate user management via Infor OS or Ming.le.
- Monitor system performance and execute performance tuning.
- Schedule and run routine background jobs, data updates, and table reorganizations.
- Review system logs, track free disk space, and manage backup/recovery schedules.
- Resolve application errors, data bottlenecks, and user-reported bugs.
- Coordinate directly with Infor Support for patches, service packs, and bug fixes.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring system or integration glitches.
