Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Textile Technology or relevant discipline.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Industrial Engineer to improve production efficiency, optimise manufacturing processes, reduce operational costs and ensure effective utilisation of manpower, machinery and materials. The candidate should have experience in industrial engineering practices, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and practices.
- Experience in time study, method study and work measurement.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and process improvement.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in textile / garment / manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Should be willing to work at Pollachi, Tamil Nadu.
- Should have hands-on experience in production efficiency improvement and manpower optimisation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
