We are hiring experienced Inbound Call Specialists to handle live inbound calls from US-based customers and convert inquiries into closed sales. This is a performance-driven role for candidates with strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and a proven ability to close.

Responsibilities

- Handle live inbound calls from US customers professionally and promptly.
- Understand customer requirements, explain the product, and recommend suitable options.
- Build rapport, handle objections, and convert qualified inbound leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate customer details, call notes, and sales records in the CRM.
- Follow call scripts, quality guidelines, compliance requirements, and company processes.
- Provide a positive customer experience while maintaining a strong closing focus.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound sales, international voice process, BPO, telesales, or customer acquisition.
- Freshers should not apply.
- Excellent spoken English with transparent pronunciation and confident phone presence.
- Proven ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.




- Comfortable working US night shift in India.
- Reliable internet connection, quiet work environment, and headset if working remotely.
- Experience with CRM or dialer software is preferred.
