Role Description The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for executing end-to-end software and platform implementations for clients, ensuring solutions are configured, tested, and deployed according to requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing technical and business needs, installing and integrating systems, performing data migration, and validating system performance in client environments. The role involves collaborating with project managers, solution architects, and client stakeholders, providing hands-on technical support during go-live and post-implementation stabilization.

The Implementation

Engineer will also document configurations, create user guides, and assist with training and onboarding to promote successful adoption. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Implementation and Project Implementation, including configuration, integration, and testing of enterprise systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Customer Service skills to diagnose issues, resolve incidents,



and communicate clearly with client teams.
- Candidates should possess effective Project Management capabilities, such as task planning, timeline tracking, and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of AI, cloud, or supply chain technologies (e.g., WMS, OMS, commerce platforms) or be willing to learn quickly.
- Candidates should possess robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced implementation environment.
- Candidates should possess good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant implementation experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Prior experience in enterprise software deployments, system integration, or consulting services is an advantage.
