Role Description The IB Manager role at FALCANFX Academy is a full-time remote position focused on developing, managing, and growing the Introducing Broker (IB) network. In this role, the IB Manager will identify and onboard potential partners, affiliates, and community leaders who align with the academy’s educational and ethical standards. Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing IBs, providing support and guidance, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating promotional and educational campaigns to drive engagement and referrals.





The IB Manager will collaborate with marketing and education teams to create partner-focused resources, assist with webinars or community events, and ensure transparent communication regarding commission structures, compliance, and expectations. This role requires proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and a commitment to building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Qualifications

- Experience in IB management, affiliate marketing, or partnership development within financial markets, online education, or related industries.
- Solid understanding of Forex, Crypto, Stocks, and Indices, including basic concepts of technical analysis, risk management, and trading psychology.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage partners across diverse regions and backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for CRM, tracking referrals, data reporting, and managing remote partner communications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet targets with integrity and transparency.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, responsible risk communication, and realistic expectations in financial markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in trading, brokerage, or financial education, and familiarity with global market trends, is an advantage.
