: Scrum Master / Project Manager – IAM

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to drive Agile delivery and manage enterprise projects within the IAM and Cybersecurity domain. The candidate will facilitate Agile practices, manage project timelines, risks, stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and ensure sprint commitments are met.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain the product backlog.
- Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and sprint progress.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, escalations, and change requests.
- Coordinate offshore/onshore teams and ensure compliance with project governance and SLAs.

Primary Skills – Scrum Master / Agile Coach
- 5+ years of experience managing Agile delivery for enterprise projects.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
- Experience with Agile metrics,



distributed teams, and cross-team dependencies.
- Knowledge of SAFe, PI Planning, and Agile coaching is preferred.
- Robust facilitation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.

Secondary Skills – Project Management
- 5+ years of project management experience across the project lifecycle.
- Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and change control.
- Strong stakeholder management, client communication, and reporting skills.
- Experience in IT services, consulting, and offshore/onshore delivery models.

Good to Have – IAM / Cybersecurity
- Understanding of IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA, RBAC, and Zero Trust.
- Exposure to platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Knowledge of IAM implementation, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Awareness of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2.
- Experience managing IAM or Cybersecurity transformation projects.

Experience & Certifications
- Total Experience: 7+ years.
- Scrum Master / Project Management: 5+ years preferred.
- IAM / Cybersecurity: 2+ years preferred.
- Certifications: CSM or PSM; PMP preferred. SAFe or PMI-ACP is an advantage.

Work Environment The role involves collaboration with IAM architects, security engineers, business analysts, clients, and senior stakeholders to deliver enterprise IAM and Cybersecurity transformation initiatives. Occasional client-site travel may be required.
