Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Project Engineer to oversee the planning, design evaluation, installation, and commissioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our projects in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. You will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating with tech-park clients and developers, ensuring compliance with local municipal codes, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution &
- Site Management:

Oversee day-to-day on-site installation of HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF/VRV units, AHUs, ventilation, ducting, and piping.

- Technical Review: Interpret, review, and validate MEP drawings, structural blueprints, and technical specifications before execution.

- Client &

- Tech-Park Coordination:

Liaison with corporate clients, developers (e.g., DLF, Prestige, RMZ, Phoenix), and main contractors to align project timelines.

- Planning &

- Scheduling:

Develop project timelines, track progress milestones, and ensure resources (materials and manpower) are allocated efficiently.

- Vendor &

- Subcontractor Coordination:

Manage sub-contractors, negotiate material procurement with local vendors, and transparent any technical roadblocks on-site.

- Quality &

- Safety Compliance:





Enforce strict quality control standards and safety protocols (HSE) required by major commercial IT parks.

- Testing, Balancing &

- Commissioning:

Supervise the final testing, air/water balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring proper hand-over documentation.

- Billing &

- Cost Control:

Prepare and verify contractor bills, track measurement sheets, monitor project variations, and assist in keeping the project within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: 1 to 6 years of experience in HVAC project execution or MEP contracting (experience with commercial IT offices, high-rise buildings, or data centers is a plus).

- Technical Knowledge: High proficiency in heat load calculations, duct sizing, and piping layouts. Familiarity with VRF, Central Chiller plants, and TFA (Treated Fresh Air) systems.

- Software Skills: Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and MS Excel. Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is preferred.

- Work Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru

Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi. Working knowledge of Telugu (for Hyderabad) or Kannada (for Bengaluru) is highly preferred for managing site labor and local vendors.
