Responsibility

- Plan and execute HVAC installation projects.

- Supervise HVAC technicians and site workers.

- Handle installation of VRF/VRV, Ductable AC, Split AC systems.

- Read and understand HVAC drawings, BOQ and specifications.

- Monitor ducting, copper piping, insulation and equipment installation.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors and site engineers.

- Manage site materials and manpower efficiently.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

- Prepare daily progress reports and measurement sheets.

- Coordinate project billing, testing, commissioning and final handover.

Skills Required

- Good knowledge of HVAC systems and installation.

- Ability to read HVAC drawings.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.





- Good communication and team management skills.

- Problem-solving and site coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
