- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy.
- Drive performance management, goal-setting, and employee development.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and learning initiatives.
- Handle employee relations and support managers in people-related decisions.
- Oversee HR operations, policies, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Track HR metrics, attrition, retention, and workforce productivity.
- Build a high-performance and accountability-driven work culture.

? Requirements:

- 4+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in rapid-paced, growth-oriented or e-commerce organizations preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ownership, analytical thinking, and business acumen.
