Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bhiwandi. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.

The Human Resources

Manager will design and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and support managers with workforce planning and organizational development. Daily activities include coordinating hiring processes, conducting interviews, overseeing attendance and payroll inputs,



resolving employee grievances, organizing training and development initiatives, and supporting employee engagement and retention efforts. The role will also involve collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and maintaining accurate HR documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in recruitment and selection, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Strong abilities in HR operations, such as attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management software and basic MS Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a manufacturing or industrial environment and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
