Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Epare Bangla will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations in a busy restaurant environment. This full-time, on-site role in Siliguri involves managing staffing needs, developing policies, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for hospitality or food service environments.
