Role OverviewWe are seeking 5 motivated college students for a learning-first, training-based Social Media Marketing Internship. This role is designed for students with no prior work experience — structured training will be provided before any work is expected.

The internship focuses exclusively on social media marketing: content creation, platform understanding, and brand presence. This is not a lead generation or sales role. Interns will learn by doing, working on practice projects and real content formats, and receiving direct feedback from the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and assist in creating a social media content calendar for an Indian healthcare and wellness audience.
- Plan and design simple, engaging posts, infographics, and reels for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Write captions and short-form content in clear, easy English (Hindi is an advantage).
- Learn to schedule posts, use hashtags appropriately, and maintain a consistent brand voice.




- Observe and report basic page performance metrics such as reach, likes, saves, and comments. No lead generation or sales outreach is involved.
- Attend short training sessions and apply the learning in the same week.
- Maintain a simple weekly learning log and content tracker.

Eligibility Criteria

- Currently enrolled college students from any stream (marketing, commerce, arts, science, healthcare, etc.).
- No prior work experience required; training will be provided.
- Basic familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and Canva, or willingness to learn.
- Good written English; Hindi is a plus.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and maintain consistency.
- Access to a smartphone or laptop and a stable internet connection.
