Job Title: Human Resources Manager – (Client Operations)

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi

Reports to: Head of Operations / Senior Management

Role Overview:

The Human Resources Manager – BPO Operations will be responsible for end-to-end HR management for our international client portfolio, primarily covering clients based in KSA, Bahrain, Oman, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, China, and other regions. The role involves leading a team and ensuring seamless, compliant and high-quality HR service delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned BPO clients across multiple countries.
- Oversee and execute all aspects of the employee lifecycle for client employees, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, administration, performance management, benefits, employee relations, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices in KSA, Bahrain, Oman, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, China, and any other relevant markets.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation as per client and statutory requirements.
- Establish and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures tailored to each client’s operational requirements and legal frameworks.
- Handle and escalate HR issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters for client employees as required.




- Coordinate with client leadership and internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and resolve issues promptly.
- Generate periodic HR reports, analytics, and metrics for client review and internal management.
- Oversee implementation of HRIS and digital systems for streamlined HR processes.
- Support and drive HR projects such as process improvements, HR audits, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Stay abreast of changes in employment legislation in key client geographies and advise clients proactively.

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive HR management experience, with at least 2 years in a BPO/shared services or multi-country/client-facing HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor law in GCC markets (KSA, Bahrain, Oman, UAE) and a working understanding of China HR regulations.
- Experience with managing HR for multiple clients and large headcounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and digital HR tools.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver in a dynamic international environment.
- Flexible to work across time zones as required.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
